Pride Parade with the Landmark Society – July 16th

Join The Landmark Society as we participate in our 1st Pride Parade!
We will have a vintage 60’s vehicle and supporters marching with us as we celebrate Rochester Pride. Please show your support of our organization, our LGBTQ+ Landmarks Initiative, our LGBTQ+ Historic Walking Tours, and Rochester’s LGBTQIA+ National Register Nominations being kicked off with Todd Union at the U of R. We will be dressed in Pride colors and having a great time. Room may be available in the vehicle, if you are not able to walk. We will have room available in the vehicle for a couple of supporters if you have mobility needs.
Line up is on Alexander Street between Monroe Avenue and East Avenue. Landmark is #128 out of 140. Look for the Jeep-looking vintage VW with the rainbow flag banners that have the Landmark Society logo on them. There will be chalked numbers on the street probably on the inner lane near the sidewalk.
