View from the Top: 2014 Inside Downtown Tour
The 2014 Inside Downtown Tour is coming to a neighborhood near you September 12-13. The Inside Downtown Tour visits re-purposed spaces, renovated homes, lovingly preserved places, and newly built sites. Basically, we get you “in” on the latest urban living trends. Why are we calling it “View from the Top?” There are an extraordinary number of penthouses opening for us, plus the view from the top of One East Avenue is unequaled at any other site. You’ll have all of Rochester (and a good portion of Monroe County) at your feet. Some of the other sites include: Temple Building, Sibley Building, and One Eleven on East.
The YUPs will be staffing a tour stop at one of these fabulous sites and we’re looking for volunteers! So, if you fancy yourself a YUP and are looking for ways to get involved, email Caitlin Meives. (We’ll be taking on Saturday 9/13–you can choose the 10:30-1:30 or 1-4 shift.) Volunteers gets 2 free Tour tickets and are invited to attend a YUP kickoff party Friday, 9/12 at The Sagamore.
