This Saturday YUPs present Bikes, Beers & Buildings 2018
Rochester’s first bike scavenger hunt is back for its 5th year! Grab your bikes, your smart phone, a few friends and join the Young Urban Preservationists (or YUPs—a group of The Landmark Society) for a fun-filled ride around the city, followed by a few well-deserved drinks at Fifth Frame Brewing. You’ll see some of Rochester’s best known gems and little known secrets, you’ll get some exercise, and you might even learn something new about the Flower City.
Saturday, July 28th | 1-4 PM | Fifth Frame Brewing, 155 St. Paul St. | Tickets: $12/person | Click here for tickets.
Brought to you by Pace bike share. Additional support provided by Genesee Commercial Real Estate, MyDarndest, Rochester Pedal Tours, Full Moon Vista Bike & Sport, Yellow Haus Bicycles, TRU Yoga, The Spirit Room.
Cocktails & Carburetors returns in September
Now in its fifth year, our Cocktails & Carburetors two-day event combines vintage and special interest autos with tours of private garages and car collections.
On Friday, September 21st from 6:30 to 9:00, you’ll attend the opening cocktail party at Horsepower Motorworks in Victor. Stroll among the many cars, both under restoration and on display, while enjoying music, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a silent auction. You’re invited to drive your special interest car for preferred parking. While there, pick up your program for the self-guided tour on Saturday, September 22nd from 10:00 to 4:00 – this will be similar to a house tour, but focused on garages and their fascinating contents!
