| Legislation enacted this summer provides an income tax credit of 20% of the qualified costs of rehabilitation of certain historic buildings. To help people understand this expanded program, The Landmark Society and other groups are sponsoring workshops throughout Upstate New York where experts will explain the details of how these credits work.
