2014 Preservation Conference:
Call for Session Proposals

The Landmark Society of Western New York, Preservation Buffalo Niagara, and the Preservation League of New York State are partnering to bring you the 2014 NY Statewide Preservation Conference, April 24-26 in Rochester, NY.

LM-2014-conference-savedate-final_Page_1We are looking for session proposals that demonstrate the wide reach of historic preservation and the important role it plays in economic development and community revitalization. Session proposals on a wide variety of preservation and community revitalization related topics are welcome, including but not limited to: maintaining historic buildings; historic landscapes; economic development; Main Street revitalization; heritage tourism; community activism; planning; building reuse case studies, etc. Outside the box thinking and projects are encouraged!

Landmark staff were proud to accept a Certificate of Appreciation from the NY State Historic Preservation Office for 75 years of service to Western New York.
