Conference Location Information

The 2017 New York Statewide Preservation Conference will take place in the city of Rochester.

CONFERENCE VENUES

Most Conference events will take place in downtown Rochester, within walking distance. All Conference associated venues are identified in the Google Map below. Please zoom in to see details such as addresses and venue names.

LODGING

We’re delighted to offer the recently rehabilitated, beautiful, and historic Hilton Garden Inn as our official Conference hotel. We have reserved a block of rooms for Conference attendees at $149 per night (1 King or 2 Queens).

In order to take advantage of the group rate, you must book your room by March 14th.

PARKING

If you are staying at the Conference hotel or another downtown hotel, consult the hotel’s website or front desk for information on parking. If you are traveling to the Conference for the day and need parking, we recommend consulting the City of Rochester’s website for a map of City-owned parking garages. (Note that most on-street spots are 2 hours or less). We do NOT recommend parking in the St. Josephs Garage located behind the Sibley Building as it has limited hours and you may be locked inside.
